We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with some of our cloud services.
Engineers will be taking steps to correct the issue, and we anticipate resolution later this afternoon.
CrashPlan for Enterprise, CrashPlan PRO and CrashPlan for Home customers may not be able to:
- Access web restore or friend restore
- Create a new account
- Sign into the CrashPlan app
- Make changes to account configuration, such as:
- Adopting a computer
- Adding a destination
- Other changes to backup or account settings
CrashPlan's backup functionality for all existing customers continues uninterrupted.
We will post an update to this topic at 4:30 PM US Central (-05:00 GMT), or as we have new information.
