Known Issue on some Linux installations

On some Linux systems, the CrashPlan desktop app may fail to launch after upgrading.

- When opening the CrashPlan app after upgrading, the splash screen appears for a second or two, and then disappears without error.
- This issue occurs if the app is automatically upgraded or if the app is uninstalled and reinstalled (anytime the run.conf file is overwritten).
- Users who experience this symptom usually find that their system has GIMP, a GNOME 3 desktop environment, or both libwebkitgtk-1.0-0 and libwebkitgtk-3.0-0 concurrently installed.

Please see Known Issues in the release notes for CrashPlan version 3.6.4 for documentation to resolve this issue.
