Code42 Public Cloud Upgrade to CrashPlan App Version 3.7.0

CrashPlan apps upgrade to version 3.7.0.

All CrashPlan apps that connect to the Code42 public cloud will automatically upgrade to version 3.7.0. This is a phased process that is scheduled to span Thursday, January 8 through Monday, January 19, 2015.

This upgrade affects all CrashPlan for Home and CrashPlan for Business customers, as well as all CrashPlan PROe customers who connect directly to the Code42 public cloud. Code42's public cloud remains on version 4.1.6.

Attention to those using Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard 

Code42 announced platform retirement for Mac OS X Leopard in November, 2014.

CrashPlan app version 3.6.4 was the last version of CrashPlan that supports Mac OS X Leopard. CrashPlan computers on this operating that connect to the Code42 public cloud will not upgrade to CrashPlan app version 3.7.0, and will remain on version 3.6.4.
