To view your support request, you first need to create an account in our ticketing system. This account differs from your CrashPlan account, and your CrashPlan login will not work to view the status of your ticket.
CrashPlan Support Requests
To create an account:
1. Click the link in the email response to your support request.
2. Click Sign up to submit and track your requests online.
3. Enter your email address. A link will be sent to the email address you entered.
4. Click this link to create an account.
5. Log in to track your current issues or create a new support ticket.
