Forum Re-Organization

We've also re-organized our forums. The information previously posted in the Releases and Known Issues forums and Technical Bulletins forum has been moved. Topics are now being posted in the following locations:

  • Announcements Forum
    Product release notifications, service status and other announcements for CrashPlan, CrashPlan PRO and CrashPlan PROe. Topics are posted by Code 42's product and support teams and are viewable without logging into the forums. Only Code 42 can post new topics or comment on topics.
  • Answers From Support
    Best practices, workarounds, technical troubleshooting, known issues or other technical topics for CrashPlan, CrashPlan PRO and CrashPlan PROe. Topics are posted by Code 42's Customer Champions and technical experts and are viewable without logging into the forums. Only Code 42 can post new topics or comment on topics.
