Later today, we will be changing our domain to align with our company name: Code42.
This change will only affect the Code42 Support ticketing system (https://helpdesk.crashplan.com).
At approximately 12PM Central Time, October 15th, we will be changing the domain to https://helpdesk.code42.com. When this occurs, you may experience one of the following issues:
- Attempts to navigate to old links may fail. If this occurs, please clear your browser cache and try again. The old links will re-direct properly to new links within a few hours. You can also replace crashplan with code42 within the URL to manually redirect.
- You may see a SSL certificate error when navigating to the site. The certificate is valid and working properly, but may show a mis-match for a short period after the changeover. This will be resolved within a few hours.
