SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION
Code42 Plans Maintenance for August 4, 2015
Code42 has scheduled maintenance for the Code42 public cloud for two hours starting at 6:00 a.m. Central Time (GMT -5) on Tuesday, August 4th. This maintenance may interrupt service for some of our customers.
Affected Code42 Public Cloud Services
The following Code42 products and services may be briefly unavailable during this maintenance window:
- CrashPlan for Home, CrashPlan PRO and CrashPlan PROe in the public cloud
- SharePlan in the Code42 public cloud
- CrashPlan web services
- SharePlan web services
- Code42 online stores
During this period, please be aware that backups and restores may be temporarily unavailable. There will be two separate outages during the maintenance window that will be about 15 minutes each in duration. Some account services and store pages will be suspended at the beginning of the window until the second window has completed.
Within each window, CrashPlan accounts may not be able to be created in the public cloud. SharePlan’s existing shared links may be inaccessible. Code42’s store and account services will be temporarily unavailable.
