Issue Summary

We are currently experiencing an issue with the CrashPlan for Home and CrashPlan PRO stores and billing systems.

Affected Services

CrashPlan for Home and CrashPlan PRO customers may not be able to:

  • Purchase new subscriptions
  • Update your billing information

Billing information for CrashPlan PRO customers may not be visible from the administration console.

Status

Our engineering team is currently working to resolve the issue.

We will post another update by 8 pm US Central (-05:00 UTC).
