CrashPlan PRO for Small Business Update: New e-commerce partnership

We are pleased to announce that starting November 1, 2016, CrashPlan PRO for Small Business will partner with Digital River to provide e-commerce and payment processing services to our valued customers.  

Who is Digital River?

Digital River is a leading global provider of cloud-based commerce, payments and marketing services.  Over the past 20 years, Digital River has processed billions of dollars in online payments and provided e-commerce services to thousands of software publishers, manufacturers and online retailers around the globe.

For your convenience, we have transferred the billing information we have on file to Digital River for your CrashPlan subscription to Digital River.  The information we transfer will be encrypted and the transfer will be completed in a secure manner. Please see our Privacy Statement for more information on how we use and protect your information.

How will your subscription fees appear on your credit card statement?
Beginning on November 1, 2016, CrashPlan PRO subscription fees for your active subscription will appear on your credit card statement as “DRI*CrashPlan PRO crashplan.com”.

As a result of this partnership, the following services will be unavailable from 9 PM CST on 10/31/16 until 9 AM CST on 11/1/16.
 
- CrashPlan PRO for Small Business Trial Sign Up
 
- CrashPlan PRO for Small Business Subscription Purchases
 
Additionally, CrashPlan PRO for Small Business customers who are renewing their existing subscriptions may experience issues.
