RESOLVED: Feb 1: Backup Connectivity Issue

Engineers have deployed changes that have resolved this issue for the majority of affected customers.

Issue Summary

Some CrashPlan customers are experiencing issues backing up. Customers whose archives are affected see the error message "Connecting to destination" in the CrashPlan app, but the CrashPlan app does not back up even though there is a connection. 


Affected Products

CrashPlan for Home, CrashPlan PRO, and a small number of CrashPlan for Enterprise customers may be affected.
