Code42 has scheduled maintenance for the Code42 public cloud on Tuesday mornings in March.
This scheduled maintenance will take place from 5-8am Central time during the following Tuesdays in March:
- Tuesday, March 14
- Tuesday, March 21
- Tuesday, March 28
Affected Code42 Public Cloud Services
While some users may experience limited functionality for a short period, users are generally not impacted for the entire maintenance window. Many users do not notice any impact at all. The following Code42 products and services may be briefly unavailable during this maintenance window.
- Code42 CrashPlan (CrashPlan PROe) in the Code42 public cloud
- Code42 CrashPlan web services
- Code42 online stores
During this time, new account creation and new device creation will not be available in the Code42 public cloud. Web restores from the Code42 public cloud may be unavailable during the maintenance window, and purchases will be blocked from the Code42 store.
Code42 CrashPlan backup functionality will continue uninterrupted for existing cloud customers.
