RESOLVED: April 10th 2017: Unplanned Commerce Downtime

Update: Commerce system has been restored.

Code42 began investigating reports of problem accessing the CrashPlan PRO for Small Business commerce partner, Digital River, around 9 AM CDT.

Affected Services

Customers may see that the following items are not available:

  • Updating address/billing information
  • Viewing or printing CrashPlan PRO receipts
  • Ability to complete the trial registration process
  • Ability to complete purchase of a subscription

Unaffected Services

  • Backups and restores
  • All services for Code42 CrashPlan and CrashPlan for Home

Status: Resolved


At approximately 1:00 PM CDT we discovered the root cause and are happy to report that our commerce system is back online.
