Update: Commerce system has been restored.
Code42 began investigating reports of problem accessing the CrashPlan PRO for Small Business commerce partner, Digital River, around 9 AM CDT.
Customers may see that the following items are not available:
- Updating address/billing information
- Viewing or printing CrashPlan PRO receipts
- Ability to complete the trial registration process
- Ability to complete purchase of a subscription
- Backups and restores
- All services for Code42 CrashPlan and CrashPlan for Home
At approximately 1:00 PM CDT we discovered the root cause and are happy to report that our commerce system is back online.
