This afternoon we had reports of intermittent connectivity issues with some of our cloud servers. Affected customers may be temporarily unable to:
- Back up existing clients
- Restore existing clients
- CrashPlan for Enterprise customers who back up to the Code42 cloud
Our engineering team is currently taking steps to resolve the issue.
