Resolved: May 18: Connectivity Issues

Issue Summary

Late this morning and early afternoon we had reports of connectivity issues with some of our cloud servers. Affected customers may be temporarily unable to: 

  • Use the Code42 administration console
  • Perform actions in the CrashPlan MyAccount page
  • Create new accounts in the CrashPlan for Home application

Affected Products

  • Code42 for Enterprise customers who do not have an on-premises master server
  • CrashPlan PRO for Small Business
  • CrashPlan for Home

Status

This issue has been resolved.
