June 8, 2017 Update: This outage has been resolved. Code42 engineers are continuing to monitor this situation.
Some CrashPlan customers are experiencing issues backing up. Customers whose archives are affected see the error message "Waiting for connection" in the endpoint application. Customers may also experience issues attempting to restore.
CrashPlan for Enterprise hybrid storage customers and some fully-hosted customers may not be able to:
- Access restore from the CrashPlan app
- Access web restore
- Sign into the CrashPlan app
- Make changes to account configuration, such as:
- Adopting a computer
- Adding a destination
- Other changes to backup or account settings
