At this time there are intermittent issues that are being addressed. Fully Hosted Security Tools will not be available until later today.

(UPDATE 6/24 4:18 PM) We have identified that some CrashPlan for Home and CrashPlan for Small Business customers were impacted by this maintenance. We are working to ensure all customer functionality has been returned. 

(UPDATE 6/24 6:07 PM) At this time Code42 believes that all connectivity issues have been resolved. The majority of customers were fully connecting again as of 5:00 PM US Central time.

Code42 Plans Cloud Maintenance for Saturday, June 24, 2017

Code42 has scheduled maintenance for the Code42 public cloud for three hours starting at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (UTC/GMT-6) on Saturday, June 24.

Affected Code42 Public Cloud Services
The following Code42 products and services may be briefly unavailable during this maintenance window. 

  • Code42 CrashPlan (CrashPlan PROe) in the Code42 public cloud
  • Code42 CrashPlan web services
  • Code42 online stores

During this time, new account creation and new device creation will not be available in the Code42 public cloud. Web restores from the Code42 public cloud may be unavailable during the maintenance window, and purchases will be blocked from the Code42 store.

Backup functionality
Code42 CrashPlan backup functionality may be impacted for up to an hour after the maintenance has been completed.
