Resolved: August 14: Unplanned Service Degredation

Issue Summary

We are currently investigating an issue in the Code42 cloud that may cause some actions, such as web restore or adding a new destination to a client device, to time out. We believe that this issue is limited to Code42 for Enterprise at this time. 

Affected Products and Customers

  • Code42 for Enterprise customers who back up to Code42 Cloud (f.k.a. CrashPlan PROe)

Status

Our engineering team is actively working on identifying the cause and bringing service back to normal. An update will be provided by 4:00 p.m. CDT today.

    Update 1:40 p.m. CDT: We identified the cause and believe the issue to be fixed at this time. We will be monitoring and testing the issue to verify full resolution.

    Update 3:10 p.m. CDT: After testing and monitoring, development engineering and support are reporting all clear. We are marking this issue as resolved.
