SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

Code42 Plans Cloud Maintenance for Saturday, September 9th, 2017


Code42 has scheduled maintenance for the Code42 public cloud for up to six hours starting at 6:00 p.m. Central Time (UTC/GMT-6) on Saturday, September 9

Affected Code42 Public Cloud Services
The following Code42 products and services will be unavailable during this maintenance window. 

  • CrashPlan for Home
  • CrashPlan for Small Business
  • Code42 (formerly CrashPlan PROe) in the Code42 public cloud
  • Code42 CrashPlan web services
  • Code42 online stores

During this time, new account creation and new device creation will not be available in the Code42 public cloud. Web and admin console restores from the Code42 public cloud will be unavailable during the maintenance window, and purchases will be blocked from the Code42 store. 

Unaffected Services 
Code42 backup functionality will continue uninterrupted for existing cloud customers. Restores from the desktop application should be unaffected in most cases.
