A limited amount of CrashPlan for Small Business and CrashPlan for Home customers whose archives reside on storage servers at our Australia data center may be experiencing client issues connecting, backing up, and restoring. Customers whose archives are affected will see the error message "Waiting for connection" in the endpoint application.
