Currently we are seeing higher than normal synchronization traffic in less than 1% of our cloud storage nodes. As a result, some devices backing up to the Code42 storage have been experiencing longer than expected synchronizations with their destination.
If clients within your company are experiencing longer than normal synchronizations with the Code42 cloud destination, they may be impacted by this issue. Note that not all devices in your environment may be experiencing this. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve this ASAP.
During this time, the following services may be impacted:
- Device backup
- Client restore
The following services are not impacted:
- Web restore / push restore from the administrative console
