Our customer-facing ticket portal will be undergoing routine software maintenance, beginning 12/02 at 11pm and ending on 12/03 at 12:30am (times are US Central Time). During this 90 minute window, you will be unable to create a case in our administration portal. 
 
Please engage the Code42 Enterprise Customer Champions via phone if there is a severity one issue during this maintenance.
