This issue has been resolved.
Some customers experienced service degradation in the Code42 Cloud from approximately 12:00 AM to 5:30 AM Central (6:00 AM - 11:30 GMT). Affected customers may have been temporarily unable to:
- Use the Code42 administration console
- Create new accounts
- Perform web restores
- Code42 for Enterprise customers who do not have an on-premises authority server
- CrashPlan for Small Business
- CrashPlan for Home
