RESOLVED: Jan 11 Performance Issues


This issue has been resolved.

Issue Summary

Some customers experienced service degradation in the Code42 Cloud from approximately 12:00 AM to 5:30 AM Central (6:00 AM - 11:30 GMT). Affected customers may have been temporarily unable to:

  • Use the Code42 administration console
  • Create new accounts
  • Perform web restores

Affected Products

  • Code42 for Enterprise customers who do not have an on-premises authority server
  • CrashPlan for Small Business
  • CrashPlan for Home
