The CrashPlan for Home support team will have limited availability on Tuesday, January 23 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.:

  • No technical phone support available
  • Limited chat support available

Standard support hours for CrashPlan for Home will resume on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.

 

CrashPlan for Small Business Support Availability

The CrashPlan for Small Business support team will have limited availability on Tuesday, January 23 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.:

  • Phone support for urgent restore issues only
  • Limited chat support available
  • Please open a ticket

Incoming tickets will be monitored for Severity 1 issues. Standard support hours for CrashPlan for Small Business will resume on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.

 

Enterprise Support Availability

Due to all-company events, the Code42 UK/EMEA and 2nd Shift US Enterprise Support teams will have limited availability during the week of January 21-26:

  • Limited phone and web support for non-urgent/non-critical issues from Jan 21st 5pm (US Central GMT-6) / 11pm (GMT)
  • For non-urgent assistance, please review our knowledge base here, or open a ticket via the Customer Portal.
  • For urgent situations requiring 24x7 assistance, please call us via these instructions.

Normal support hours and availability will resume on January 28th (CST) or 29th (GMT), 2018.
