Some customers experienced service degradation in the Code42 Cloud beginning at approximately 11:00 AM US Central (UTC -6).
Affected customers may have been temporarily unable to:
- Use the Code42 administration console
- Create new accounts
- Perform web restores
- Code42 for Enterprise customers who do not have an on-premises authority server
- CrashPlan for Small Business
- CrashPlan for Home
