RESOLVED April 2, 2018: Receiving error SYS_000001 when trying to access billing information
This issue is affecting customers who are located outside of the US when they attempt to access their billing information. This should be resolved in the next few days, but if you have an urgent need, such as your subscription is expiring, please create a ticket at the link at the bottom of this post.
Receiving subscription expiration alerts
There is an issue that is preventing our payment processor from syncing properly with our servers. If your subscription is active but you are receiving alerts, please create a ticket at the link at the bottom of this post.
Receiving status reports unexpectedly
There is a known issue with our servers causing this behavior.
If you’d like to stop receiving these reports you can temporarily disable admin reports from being sent by unchecking the box (item d) at the link below:
If you are no longer a CrashPlan for Small Business customer, we can permanently close your account to stop these reports from being sent. Please create a ticket at the link below with the account email confirming that you’d like the account deactivated. Please note that we are unable to deactivate accounts via chat, and any remaining data will be permanently removed from our servers after the account is deactivated.
