Canceling your CrashPlan for Small Business subscription will stop further subscription renewals from occurring, though your data will remain protected on our cloud until the end of your current subscription term. No refunds are available for CrashPlan for Small Business.
Follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription:
1. Sign in to the Code42 console.
2. Select Account.
3. Click Manage My Subscription.
4. Click Details.
5. Toggle Automatic Renewals to Off.
Cancelling your CrashPlan for Small Business subscription does not remove the account and you may continue receiving emails about the account until all devices are deactivated. To deactivate a device in CrashPlan for Small Business:
1. Sign in to the Code42 console.
2. Click Devices > Active on the top of the page.
3. Click on the name of the device that you want to deactivate so that it brings up the device details pane.
4. Open the Action Menu ( ) in the upper-right.
5. Click Deactivate.
6. When prompted, check the box and click OK to confirm the device deactivation and archive deletion.
